Portal coming online — auth keys needed

Clerk publishable and secret keys are not configured on this deployment yet. The marketing site is live; the signed-in portal is scaffolded and will unlock once keys are added.

1. Create an application at dashboard.clerk.com
2. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_PUBLISHABLE_KEY and CLERK_SECRET_KEY in Netlify → Site settings → Environment variables (see .env.example)
3. Add allowed origins for https://printera-homes.netlify.app
4. Redeploy, then invite investors from the Clerk Users dashboard
