About Us
Our story
We've been traditional builders for 20 years, with over 500 homes delivered — specs and customs. For the past 5 years we've also been developing land, while still building specs so young families can get a roof over their heads. Our rule of thumb: under promise and over deliver.
We've spent 3.5 years developing the Era with our partner — who's been printing throughout Texas and Florida — and we've finally brought it to life in Granbury as PrintEra Homes LLC.

The Era isn't a weekend idea. We've spent years with HiveASMBLD — drawing on printing experience across Texas and Florida — to bring a real 3D-printed product to Granbury.
Their hybrid approach pairs a 3D-printed exterior shell with panelized interiors and roofs. Photos below show partner capability and technology — not PrintEra inventory for sale.
